Policies
Policy
Non-refundable Deposit of 50% is paid at the time of order request.
Final payment is due one week before pickup.
Standard order requests must be placed within 3 weeks of the event.
Custom Burn Cakes orders must be placed within 4 weeks of the event and pictures must be submitted in PDF format and sent via email.
We will work with you via email to design your cakes 🎂🍰🧁 & treats🥨🍫🍭. We are happy to chat with you via phone, too, but all final communication will be via email
