PLACING YOUR ORDER To place an order, a cake order form must be filled out and submitted at-least one week before desired collection date. DEPOSIT AND BALANCE All orders require a 50% deposit to secure. This can be sent via Cashapp or Apple Pay. Deposits must be made at time of order. NO DEPOSIT = NO ORDER. Remaing balance must be sent 24 hours before collection time. LATE FEES A 15 minute grace period will be set. After the grace period, you will be charged a late fee. Please note, if you do not meet your scheduled pick up time, you may have to reschedule for another hour or day. ALLERGIES Please inform _delightsbyus of any food allergies at time of order. All cakes will contain milk, eggs, and wheat. Although we do our best to accommodate allergies, please note that all cakes are made in an environment where milk, eggs, wheat and nuts are present. All cakes come with an allergen label. CAKE CARE Please note that after time of collection, _delightsbyus is not responsible for the order. The cake box must be held from the bottom and held level at all times. The car should be cool and/or air conditioned. Please store cake in a refrigerator until 1-2 hours before serving. Allowing it to come to room temperature before serving. All cakes come with a cake care card. NON-EDIBLE DECORATIONS The cake may include non-edible decorations which must be removed before the cake is cut and served, such as toppers, internal supports, etc. Please ensure that these items are removed with care prior to consumption. We will always inform you if the cake contains non-edible decorations. CANCELLATION POLICY If you choose to cancel your order within 4 days of the agreed due date, cancellation fee will be applied. This fee is to cover costs, expenses and time during the preparation phase of your cake.
