Unfortunately, my cupcakes would not do well with shipping. I would not have the quality control to guarantee positive outcomes.
How will I receive my cupcake bouquet for transporting?
Your beautiful cupcake bouquet will come packaged in a nice box with a see-thru window.
Can my cupcakes be refrigerated or frozen?
Yes, boxed cupcakes can be both refrigerated or frozen. I prefer freezing if you have the freezer space. You may have a little condensation when refrigerated. It should not hurt the flowers.
Can the cupcakes be left outside for a party?
If the temperatures are warm (80 or above), I would recommend keeping them cool until ready to serve. The buttercream will melt in warm temps.
Do you offer discounts on large orders?
Unfortunately I do not offer discounts for large orders. Large orders are very time-consuming and labor-intensive. I pride myself on making every order regardless whether it’s 2 cupcakes or 200 cupcakes very special for my customers.
Can I order more than 1 flavor?
Yes, depending on the set you order, you can order a different maximum of flavors.
How much lead time do you need?
The more lead time the better. I am already accepting orders for 2024! Every week is different. Some weeks are busier than others. If I can fit your order in, I will do my best. However, if you know you want them for a particular date, please go ahead and order as soon as possible. Your date can not be guaranteed until the deposit is made.
If you’re unsure of the number needed, you can go ahead and order what you think you need. We can always change the number (within reason) within a week before the event.
Can I request flavors not on your list?
Unfortunately no. I offer a lot of choices (more than most.) These flavors have been tested and tweaked to create the perfect cupcake for you.
Do you offer gluten free or sugar free cupcakes?
Not at this time, sorry.
Can I travel with the cupcakes?
Yes, they travel well in a car as long as they are kept cool and out of the sun. I would recommend placing in a cooler or box with ice packs (not ice). I would not recommend leaving in a warm car.
I have not personally traveled in a plane with them.
Can I request specific colors?
I love special requests with color inspiration pics! There are limitations and recommendations that we can work thru in the discussion process.
For example: if you order 12 cupcakes, there will be additional charges if you’re wanting 12 different colors
Can I request certain flowers?
Yes, however, there are specific flowers such as the combos, King Prothea, and Irises that are premium flowers due to the difficulty and time. Just let me know what you’re wanting and we can go from there.
When is the payment due?
There is a 50% deposit due when you order. The balance is due when you pick up.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel before 7 days of your due date, the deposit can be used on a future order.
If you cancel less than 7 days of the due date, the deposit will not be refunded and may not be used in a future order.
