Esmerelda, I took one bite of your Pastele and I started crying. It brought back memories of my father, mother and brother and all of the years we feasted together like this during the holidays. My own pernil was not fabulous, but your sofrito was absolutely amazing and it was a beautiful gift (the second container) for my friend who came over to cook with me. Thank you so very much for making my holiday complete. You are an amazing cook and I really appreciate you being there. God bless you.

Haven't had Pastelis in a few years, since my I haven't been well enough to make them. They were fresh, delicious & I must say better then mine!!! The Sofrito was also great, fresh ingredients and so flavorful! Thank you for delivering them to me!!!
