All orders are considered custom, except for our Over Sized Cookies. When we receive your order, we will contact you to finalize the order and give you a quote. Colors, designs and flavors will be taken at that time.
Almost everything on our menu can be customized for theming and colors of the event. We cannot guarantee exact matches on colors (we will strive to get colors as close as possible) and we will not replicate other artists' work. We can take inspiration photos, but we cannot fulfill requests for exact matches.

Why is there an order minimum?
For many of our items we have a quantity minimum. This allows us to plan our batches and prevents making entire batches of dough/batter just for one item. We require a minimum purchase of $20 in order to include delivery with your purchase. If there are additional questions about order minimums, please see the item description or reach out and we are more than happy to answer questions or concerns.
What is your payment policy?
For orders placed over 2 weeks ahead of time, a 50% deposit is required. Your slot on our calendar will be held from the time your request is made until 48 hours after the deposit invoice is sent. If the deposit is not made within 48 hours, we will no longer hold the slot for you. Prior to finalizing your order, we will attempt to reach you through email and text messaging to finalize your order. If we do not get a response within 48 hours, your slot will no longer be guaranteed. Prompt communication is vital to holding the slot. Final payment of the remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the order is due.
Rush orders placed 2 weeks or less ahead of time must be paid in full before any work can begin on the order.
What is your cancelation policy?
Deposits and payments are strictly non-refundable. If there is emergency on the client's side and the event is postponed, the deposit may be transferred to the new date at the baker's discretion and based on availability. This includes events postponed due to inclement weather. Deposits for events that are canceled will be forfeited. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a unforseen circumstance with the event and we will see what we can do to accommodate the situation.
If there is an emergency on the baker's side, we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you of the situation. We will attempt to make accommodations for you with another bakery and/or refund any and all payments made to us. Otherwise, we do not offer refunds.
What is a cottage bakery?
A cottage bakery is a bakery that operated out of a private home. There are certain items we are allowed to prepare, package and sell, provided we meet all requirements set forth by Louisiana Cottage laws. Food is prepared in a kitchen that is not subject to inspection by the state.
How do I get my order?
All orders include delivery. We deliver to St Tammany and parts of Tangipahoa (Hammond, Robert and Ponchatoula) Parishes for the prices listed on our menu. Delivery outside these areas may incur an additional delivery fee, which will be calculated before your order is finalized. It is important to be as accurate as possible with delivery location during the ordering process so that there are no surprise fees. We can deliver to your home, work, or event location.
Can I still order if I need the items in less then two weeks?
If you need your order in less than 2 weeks, we may be able to accommodate you. Please fill out the order form and choose the next available date on the calendar. There will be a blank for you fill out when you need the order and when the event is. Depending on how many orders we have for that date and how complicated your order is, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accept your order. We will contact you as soon as possible and let you know if we can fulfill your order. Rush fees may apply to orders with less than 2 week's notice.
Can you ship my order to me?
Unfortunately, because cottage laws vary from state to state, we cannot ship outside of the state of Louisiana. Please follow us on social media and we will post an update if this changes as our company grows.
