Colors, designs and flavors will be taken at that time. Almost everything on our menu can be customized for theming and colors of the event. We cannot guarantee exact matches on colors (we will strive to get colors as close as possible) and we will not replicate other artists' work. We can take inspiration photos, but we cannot fulfill requests for exact matches.

​💰 DEPOSIT & BOOKING ​For all orders booked in advance, a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to officially secure your slot on our calendar. ​Your slot is temporarily held from the moment you submit your request until 48 hours after your deposit invoice is sent. If the deposit is not paid within those 48 hours, the invoice expires and the slot is automatically released. ​📆 FINAL BALANCES ​The remaining 50% balance is due exactly 1 week prior to your scheduled pickup or delivery date. ​⚡ LAST-MINUTE & RUSH ORDERS Our standard booking notice is 1 week for small-batch items and standard cakes. However, high-volume event orders and large multi-tier custom cakes require at least 2 weeks' notice. ​Any order placed outside of these windows is subject to an official rush fee and must be paid in full upfront before any kitchen prep, design work, or baking can begin. ​💬 PRIOR TO FINALIZING ORDER We will attempt to reach you via email and text message to confirm your design. To maintain your spot, a response is required within 48 hours. If we do not hear back from you within this window, your slot can no longer be guaranteed.

​❌ CLIENT CANCELLATIONS & POSTPONEMENTS Deposits and payments are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits for events that are CANCELED ENTIRELY will be FORFEITED. ​If an emergency occurs on your end or your event is postponed (including postponements due to inclement weather), your deposit may be transferred to a new date. This is granted strictly at our discretion and depends entirely on our current calendar availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if an unforeseen circumstance arises so we can see how to best accommodate you. ​🧑‍🍳 BAKER EMERGENCIES In the rare event of an emergency on our side, we will contact you immediately to notify you of the situation. We will do everything we can to arrange accommodations for your order with another professional local bakery, and/or we will issue a full 100% refund of any and all payments made to us. TAMMANY DELIVERIES For all orders under $20, we offer direct delivery to your location anywhere within St. Tammany Parish for a flat $5.00 delivery fee. ​4. FREE ST TAMMANY DELIVERIES ($20+) All orders of $20 or more include completely FREE delivery anywhere within St. Tammany Parish! Non-parish residents can also unlock this perk by coordinating a meet-up location within St. Tammany Parish. ​📦 Delivery Location Policy We happily deliver straight to your home, workplace, or event venue. To prevent unexpected route adjustments or surprise fees, please ensure your delivery address is 100% accurate during checkout. Deliveries requested outside of St. Tammany Parish will incur an additional mileage fee, which will be calculated and approved before your order is finalized.

Please review our timeline guidelines before submitting your request: ​📅 SMALL BATCH ORDERS For standard, small-batch menu items, we can frequently accommodate faster turnaround times depending on our current weekly schedule. ​🎂 CUSTOM & LARGE BATCH ORDERS: For specialty items (such as custom cakes) or high-volume requests (over 2 dozen items), we highly recommend submitting your request at least 1 to 2 weeks in advance. ​⚡ RUSH FEES While we do our best to accommodate everyone, any custom or large-scale order submitted with less than 2 weeks' notice will be subject to a rush fee to secure kitchen time. ​***HOW THE REQUEST PROCESS WORKS*** 1.) ​SUBMIT YOUR FORM Please fill out our online order form and select the next available date on our calendar. 2.) ​SPECIFY YOUR DATES There will be a dedicated space on the form for you to input your exact desired pickup/delivery date as well as the date of your event. 3.) ​REVIEW & CONFIRMATION Because our calendar fills up quickly, submitting a form does not guarantee order acceptance. This will be calculated and included in your final quote before your deposit invoice is sent out. ​☀️ LOUISIANA WEATHER & DROP-OFF RULES AN ADULT MUST BE PRESENT to physically accept the delivery. Due to the delicate nature of our premium treats and the intense South Louisiana weather, we will absolutely NOT leave orders at the door or on porches. ​⏱️ DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & FORFEITURE We will make EXACTLY one (1) attempt to deliver your order during the scheduled timeframe and address specified during checkout.
