1. Payment Policy: A non‑refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure your order. Your order is not confirmed until payment is received. Remaining balance is due before pickup/delivery. Orders placed within 7 days of the event must be paid in full at booking. Unpaid invoices are automatically canceled after 24 hours unless otherwise arranged. 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy Retainers and payments are non‑refundable under all circumstances. Cancellations made 14+ days before the event may receive a credit toward a future order (expires in 6 months).Cancellations made within 14 days of the event receive no credit due to supplies and scheduling.No refunds or credits for no‑show pickups. 3. Order Changes Design changes must be requested at least 10 days before the event. Last‑minute changes may not be possible or may incur additional fees. Changes that increase the order total must be paid immediately. 4. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions My kitchen is not allergen‑free. Products may contain or come into contact with: Nuts, Dairy, Eggs, Gluten, Soy Customers are responsible for notifying guests of potential allergens.I am not liable for allergic reactions. 5. Design & Artistic Rights I do not replicate another baker’s exact design. Inspiration photos are welcome, but final designs are my artistic interpretation. Colors, textures, and decorations may vary slightly due to lighting, materials, and natural ingredients. I reserve the right to photograph and share my work for marketing purposes. 6. Freshness Guarantee All items are made fresh and should be consumed within 5-7 days for best quality. Proper storage is the customer’s responsibility. 10. Weather & Outdoor Events Heat, humidity, and outdoor conditions can affect baked goods.I am not responsible for melting, discoloration, or damage caused by weather. 11. Customer Satisfaction If you have concerns about your order, contact me within 24 hours of pickup/delivery. Returns of edible products are not accepted, but I will work with you to resolve issues when possible. 12. Agreement By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all bakery policies.
