A delicious and decadent dessert that takes inspiration from the classic Andes Creme de Mint candy. A rich chocolate cake filled with a delightful chocolate ganache, covered in chocolate mint frosting and decorated with the iconic Andes Mint candy.

A dense, yet tender, cake filled with freshly grated carrots which adds natural sweetness. The batter is spiced with the warm blend of cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. In a traditional fashion, the cake is covered in a rich cream cheese frosting. The rich spices of the cake and the hangings of the cream cheese frosting makes the perfect pairing. This is a tall 3-layer cake.

If you are able Snickers lover, this site the cake for you! Each rich, chocolate cake layers is filled with chocolate ganache and pieces of Snicker candy bars. The cake is wrapped in a delicious chocolate buttercream and topped with additional Snickers candy bars.

This cake marries the sweet creamy flavor of white chocolate ganache and the bright tangy notes of raspberry. A tender white cake is filled with a tart and tangy raspberry compote and a white chocolate ganache. Silky vanilla buttercream swirls circle the top of the cake encasing additional raspberry compote.
