1864 Bagels & Bites

Welcome to my shop! 1864 Bagels & Bites is a registered in home Cottage Food Bakery located in Elk River.

I've always been a lover of cooking and baking really cramped my style, but something about sourdough and the process, awakened a love of baking I didn't think I had.

I specialize in flavored New york style yeast bagels and sourdough loaves and assorted bites.

In order to have the freshest bagels and bread, all items need to be picked up within 4 hours of bake time.

Bagels come in packs of 4 and each bagel pre bake weight is 130-140g depending on flavor (please inquire with questions)

Each loaf starts out with a 1010g pre bake weight. Sizes of loaf will depend on rise, temperature, inclusions etc.

Payment is due 24 hours from the date needed on the request. I do not start orders unless the invoice is paid in full.

Deposits required for orders over $40 for new friends who order.

Same day orders are accepted when timing allows. Please just send me a message to see if I have the availability.

We are pet friendly, non smoking home.
