We purchased four loaves of 1816's sourdough, one with cranberries and walnuts, and all loaves were beautiful in appearance and utterly fantastic in taste and texture! Perfectly baked, satisfyingly chewy crust but soft center, the family is thrilled and we're happy to support a small business rather than wasting money on crap bread at the big stores! Well done!

We have ordered from 1816 Bread Co countless times and everything we have ever got has always been excellent. I think we have tried everything that Josh makes and it is hands down the best sourdough/bread around!!
