Custom orders require a 50% retainer to reserve your date. Final payment is due before pickup or delivery. When submitting an inquiry, please include: • Date needed • Cake, cookies, cupcakes, or cookie cake • Number of servings needed • Theme and colors • Inspiration photos • Flavor preferences Once I receive your information, I’ll provide a personalized quote based on your design and serving needs.

Delivery may be available depending on the date and location. Delivery is priced by distance and must be approved before booking. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been made.

Pickup is in Hutto, Texas. ⚠️ During hot weather, please have your vehicle’s air conditioning running before pickup. To ensure your order arrives home safely, please review the following before pickup: • Clear a flat, level surface in your vehicle before arriving. The floorboard or empty trunk/SUV cargo area is usually best. • Do not transport cakes on a seat, lap, or in someone’s hands. • Keep your cake box level at all times. • Transport your order directly home after pickup. • Keep your vehicle cool, especially during warmer months. • Avoid sudden stops, sharp turns, and quick acceleration. • Cakes should remain refrigerated until approximately 1–2 hours before serving. • Do not leave cakes, cookies, or cupcakes in a hot vehicle for any length of time. • Buttercream cakes can become soft, shift, or slide if left at room temperature for extended periods or exposed to heat. • If your order contains fondant, chocolate decorations, fresh florals, or other specialty decorations, extra care should be taken during transport and storage. Once your order leaves my possession, I cannot be responsible for damage caused during transport, handling, weather conditions, or improper storage.
