Capabilities & Pricing
Your deposit guarantees your place on our baking schedule and starts production needed to complete the order. Cakes will not be put into production without a deposit of at least 50% of your cakes total amount due. All deposits must be made after placing order and are non-refundable. Remaining balance has to be paid 1 week before you receive order. Last minute cakes must be paid in full at time of order. Deposit refunds will not be made for cancellations and are non-transferable. NO REFUNDS.

Hi! My name is Brandi Johnson, and I’m the baker behind SweetsByMee—a 16-year-old, self-taught baker based in Matteson, Illinois. What started as a passion for baking has grown into a custom dessert business where I get to turn creativity into unforgettable desserts for every celebration. I specialize in custom and specialty cakes, cupcakes, and treats, all made fresh and thoughtfully designed to match each client’s vision. I love making my clients’ events even more special, and I take pride in creating desserts that look just as amazing as they taste.
