- No deposit = NO order ! Orders will not be added to itinerary without deposit!

- All orders require a non-refundable

50% deposit. Remaining balance must be paid upon pickup / delivery.

- Pre-sale orders are to be paid in full. Presale orders cannot be changed after window closing. Sales are final after preorder close.

- Custom orders require a 2 week notice. Anything sooner will require a minimum rush fee of $25.

- All items are baked fresh for preorder customers.

- Storage recommendations are included with each item.

- ALL deposits for any order placed are NON-REFUNDABLE.

- Orders must be cancelled in a timely manner. Cancellations 2 days prior or less are subject to pay your FULL remaining balance. At this point materials have been ordered and your order is well underway.

TIMELINESS!

- Orders must be picked up during the selected pick up window. This helps ensure freshness.

- Late pick ups:

If you are running late, please contact us before the discussed/agreed upon pick up window ends. Orders not picked up by the end of the pick up window are subject to a $5 late fee for 10 minutes, $10 for 20 minutes, $15 for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes your pick up will be rescheduled and subject to a $15 rescheduling fee.

- Refunds are not guaranteed for missed pick ups.

- No call / no show = NOT REFUNDABLE.

- Deliveries are available and subject to a delivery fee based on distance. ( We do not travel more than 15 miles. )

- You will NOT be handed your order UNTIL your full balance is paid.

- Once order is in your possession, it is your responsibility to follow order care instructions. ( Will be provided during order hand off. )

- All cakes should be kept refrigerated until 1 hour before serving to prevent warping/melting.

- All tiered / tall cakes contain dowels , absolutely NO face smashing!

- During travel, do NOT place cake on seat. Cake needs to be leveled, Drive with CARE to prevent falling or tipping. Do NOT use your HEATER with your cake in the car.
