1) I offer refunds up to 5 days prior to pickup. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds after that as your cutter order has already been placed and anything else that is needed has been bought.

2)I love inso pics! But remember, no 2 cookies are exactly the same. I thrive on making them beautiful and try to keep it as close as possible…remember I am a human just like you.

3) Once you pick up an order, they are in your possession- what happens to the cookies is in your control. <3
