I am a part time baker. Please allow a 4 day lead time. I cold ferment all of my loaves to slow down fermentation, allowing for more complex flavor development and improved texture. The loaf making process takes 2-3 days from start to finish. This lead time allows me a day of wiggle room to ensure you have fresh loaves when you want them. I have blocked off planned travel days and my in-office days, when I am unavailable to bake. Please let me know if you have any questions. I do my best to ensure each loaf is uniquely perfect, but mistakes happen. Please let me know if a loaf doesn’t meet your expectations for any reason and I will work with you to make of right.
