About

I have loved making sourdough bread for years. In 2025, I decided to share my love for sourdough with friends and family. From there, a local coffee shop and little shop in a neighboring town. One thing that is special about my starter is that I took it with me on a trek across the plains from Omaha Nebraska to This Is The Place Monument in Salt Lake City Utah. I was on horseback and my husband drove a wagon. We enjoyed fresh bread once a week during the two month journey. I hope you enjoy the breads and sweets as much as we do.
