Terms & Conditions
- 50 % Non-Refundable deposit to secure booking date (can be transferred to new booking if cancelled with 14 days notice
- Full payment due 7 days prior to event date
- Any toppers provided by customer must be discussed and agreed upon prior to design confirmation and supplied 7 days prior to booking date
- Fresh Flower toppers are to be provided minimum 24 hours prior to booking date (Luscious Cakes prefers to source flowers to prevent disappointment on the day)
- Once order is collected its considered accepted no-refunds will be granted
- Allergen Warning - Whilst every care is taken for specified orders we cannot guarantee completely allergen free environment
