Hi, I’m Paula the baker behind Koonce’s Konfections LLC 🤎 I’m a Louisiana home baker specializing in scratch-made desserts, king cakes, breads, and custom treats, all made fresh from my home kitchen. I believe in doing things the right way, using quality ingredients and no shortcuts, so every order is made with care and attention to detail.

I specialize in scratch-made desserts including king cakes (available year-round), cakes, cookies, brownies, breads, Bundt cakes, and other baked goods. All items are made fresh to order from my home kitchen using quality ingredients and no shortcuts.

Pricing varies based on item, size, flavor, and customization. A minimum order may apply for certain items, and single items are available only when baked as part of a dozen or during limited availability bakes.

Specialty cakes and custom dessert requests not listed on the menu are welcome. These items may include custom flavors, fillings, or designs and are priced based on details. Please message me for availability and a custom quote before placing an order.

A deposit is required to secure your order date. Deposits are due within 12 hours of invoicing and are non-refundable. The remaining balance is due prior to pickup or delivery. Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

Local pickup and local delivery are available. Delivery fees may apply and vary by location.
