🍞Artisan Sourdough is a homemade bread that is made using a fermentation process of flour and water. To make a loaf of bread it takes two days which includes planning when feeding the sourdough starter, hours of bulk fermenting and hours of cold proofing before artistically shaping, scoring and baking.
