My name is Emily Knoll, and I’m the owner of Hearthcore Bakery. Hearthcore is my flagship micro-bakery, with the goal of growing into a brick-and-mortar storefront with a small café.

I’ve spent nearly 20 years in the food industry—baking, catering, cooking, serving, bartending, dishwashing, you name it. When I finally decided to build something of my own, baking felt like a natural place to begin.

A hearth is the heart of a home. It’s where warmth lives. Where people gather without needing a reason. Where food is meant to comfort—to nourish both body and soul. To make you feel cared for and gently held, even if only for a moment.
