About
Welcome to Grey House Family Bakery! We're so glad you're here.
Our premise is simple, delicious baked goods from our home and hearts to yours. We use only the highest quality ingredients in our baked goods, and absolutely nothing artificial. From unbleached, unenriched organic flours and dye-free ingredients, to locally sourced eggs and dairy; we feel good about the goods we bake and we know you will, too.
Capabilities & Pricing
•Our regular weekly menu is available for ordering on Wednesdays & Thursdays each week. This menu includes sourdough boules, cookies, and sourdough cinnamon rolls.
•Pick up time is between the hours of 12pm-5pm.
•After your order is placed, you will receive an invoice via text message and/or email. Please accept & confirm the invoice - this communicates to us to prepare your order!
•Payments accepted include Venmo and cash.
•Other days for pick up are by special request only and must be mutually confirmed by GHFB. If you are needing a different pick up day, submit your order with the closest available date and write a note in the information box at the end of the ordering process with your desired date. I will then fulfill or deny the request based on our availability.
•Please place all orders by Sunday for the upcoming week to ensure availability. “Rush orders” include anything ordered with less than 3 days lead time. Rush orders will incur a $3 rush fee for single items and $5 rush fee for multiple items.

•Pop Ups & Holiday Menus: Occasionally we will have porch pop ups on Saturdays- these will be posted to our social media, and preorders will be available here. We also will have special holiday menus at Christmas, Valentines Day, and Easter. These pop ups and special holiday menus will include new and specialty items not featured on our regular weekly menu, so be sure to snag your favorites when you can!
Policies
Late/No-Show Policy
I will have your order ready by your pick-up time, but if you are running late, just give me a heads up via text message! You can pick up bakery orders between the hours of 12pm-5pm. If your order has been confirmed, we will prepare it! All of our baked goods require days of preparation, thus any last minute cancellations must be made by Monday morning (within 48 hours of our baking day). Otherwise, you will still be charged the full amount for the order. No-shows with no communication will still be charged the full amount for the order plus a $15 no-show fee. Obviously, things happen. We are family-minded and full of grace to give. Reach out to us in any case, and we can figure things out together! These policies are simply designed to respect the nature of our intimate kitchen and schedule. Thank you for understanding!
