Custom Orders
We create custom cakes, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, cake pops, dessert bars, and other sweet treats for birthdays, weddings, showers, corporate events, holidays, and everyday celebrations.
Custom designs, flavors, colors, and themes are available to help bring your vision to life. Whether you’re looking for a simple dessert or a fully customized centerpiece, we’ll work with you to create something both beautiful and delicious.
Pricing
Pricing varies based on design complexity, serving size, flavors, and ingredients.
Popular starting prices:
• 6” Cake (serves 8–10): Starting at $85
• One Dozen Cupcakes: Starting at $48
• Brownie or Cookie Trays: Starting at $40
• Decorated Sugar Cookies: Starting at $55per dozen
• Gourmet Cookies: Starting at $48 per dozen
Custom quotes are provided for all specialty orders.
Deposits & Payments
• Orders over $60 require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date.
• Orders under $60 require payment in full at the time of ordering.
• The remaining balance is due no later than 4 days before pickup or delivery.
• Orders with unpaid balances 4 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date will be canceled automatically.
• Any deposits or payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• No order is considered confirmed until the required deposit or payment has been received.
Lead Time
We recommend placing orders at least 5–14 days in advance, depending on order size and design complexity.
Rush orders may be accepted based on availability and may incur an additional fee.
Pickup & Delivery
Orders are available for pickup in Cypress, Texas.
Delivery may be available for an additional fee based on location and schedule availability.
Cancellation Policy
Because all orders are custom-made and require advance scheduling, ingredient purchases, and preparation time, all payments are non-refundable.
If an order is canceled by the customer, any deposits and payments already made will be forfeited.
Once work has begun on an order, no refunds will be issued.

I’ve always been a baker—sharing food was my love language. So when I was diagnosed with Celiac disease in February 2024, it was a shock to say the least. Suddenly, I had to relearn what I could and couldn’t eat, and baking felt impossible. When my family asked when I’d start baking again, I laughed and said, “Never!” But then my son was coming to visit, and I couldn’t imagine a family gathering without our beloved, decades-old pound cake recipe. I gave it a try… and it was a complete disaster. That failure lit a fire in me. I spent the next four weeks researching, experimenting, and testing until I finally made a version that worked—well, almost. It actually took me a full year to perfect it, but once I did, Blondie’s Bakery was born. I knew I had something special—treats that were not only 100% gluten-free and celiac-safe, but actually delicious. Because let’s be honest: being gluten-free is hard enough without having to eat terrible desserts.
