Hey everyone! I’m Beyanka and I run my home bakery in Wylie, Texas. I began my cookie journey in 2019 as a Pinterest project while on vacation from my pharmacy job. Fast forward to today and I am now the proud owner of Bee's Flour Shop, LLC. I had no idea that this would turn into a business that l've become so passionate about! I still work my pharmacy job and l'm a single mother to my 3 kiddos, so please bear with me as I respond to your requests.
Capabilities & Pricing
$60 per dozen minimum (pricing may vary depending on design complexity)
50% deposit due within 24 hours of order approval. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled. $60 deposit minimum.
**Orders placed within 7 days of your desired pickup date are considered rush orders. If I am able to accommodate your request, a $10 rush fee will apply.**
Full payment is due upfront for orders being shipped.
Final payment due the day of pick up.
Policies
Ordering
When requesting your custom order, please include any information that I would need to personalize/customize your cookies such as names, age, theme, colors, etc. You will have the option to upload inspiration pictures. While I welcome and encourage inspiration photos, all cookies are custom-designed by me and will not be exact replicas of another artist’s work. If you have any “must-have” designs from an inspiration photo (such as a specific image, shape, or character), you must clearly communicate these details at the time of ordering. Please review the pick up times and use that as a guide to help you select the appropriate pick up date. **PLEASE SELECT THE DATE THAT YOU NEED TO PICK UP YOUR COOKIES IF IT DIFFERS FROM THE DATE OF YOUR EVENT**
Refund Policy
Unless requested 7 days or more prior to pick up, refunds will not be permitted.
Pick-up Info
Pick up address will be provided on your invoice upon order approval. For convenience, the following information will also be on your invoice. Your cookies will be individually packaged, boxed, and on the porch on your designated pick up day. Pick up times are as follows: Monday: 6:30 pm Tuesday: 6:30 pm Wednesday: 6:30 pm Thursday: 7:30 pm Friday: 6:30 pm Saturday: 10:00 am Sunday: 10:00 am If these times don't work for you, please let me know as soon as possible so that we can arrange a better time. ** I take great care to ensure your cookies are fresh and in perfect condition at the time of pickup. However, I cannot be responsible for any changes in quality due to delays in pickup, especially as heat and humidity can affect the appearance and texture of the cookies. To ensure the best experience, please plan to pick up your order at the designated time. Thank you for understanding!** If you are a returning customer, please note that l've moved!
