I’m Sandra!
My husband Michael, 2 little boys, and I moved from Staunton to Verona in the summer of 2023, as I was finishing up treatment for an aggressive form of breast cancer.
I BEAT IT, and I am now cancer free!!!
As I started to feel like myself again, I decided to start a small home bakery to help provide for our family and to reconnect with the world and our local community ❤️ Michael has since gone part time with his day job and joined in on bakery life 🤭
We are licensed and insured, and follow cottage food laws for Virginia.
We bake all things Sourdough, along with many Non-Sourdough items!
You’ll find Loaves, Brioche, Scones, Cookie Cakes, Jumbo Brioche Cinnamon Rolls, Focaccia, Bagels, Cookies, Biscotti, Muffins, Ciabatta rolls, Homemade Marshmallows, Infused Vinegars etc. The menu is constantly growing!
We’re so proud to have become a local favorite and to be able to share joy in the form of our handmade baked goods 🥹

Capabilities & Pricing
Everything in the bakery is handmade fresh to order, so we typically require a 2 day turnaround. Sourdough is a lengthy process, but I promise it is well worth the wait!

Policies
Our Ordering & Pick-up Process 🌸
Our website is a little different than most others you’ll come across! You’ll choose your products and pickup preferences etc, and then you’ll submit your info with your order. We will receive it and make sure we can accommodate everything, then approve it(or contact you!), and you’ll be notified that your order was approved and invoice is ready for payment! If you chose the cash option during your original request, nothing else is required until pickup! Please be sure to get the balance paid when you receive the invoice so we can get to work on your goodies 🥰 We are primarily a pre-order/porch pickup bakery, but we do offer meet ups/deliveries in different local places such as Waynesboro, Harrisonburg, Draft etc.
Delivery/Drops/Meet Up Areas!
