Welcome to The Risen Bread!

My name is Danielle Rosso and I am very excited to have the opportunity to make bread for our community! Baking sourdough bread has been a blessing in my life and I am eager to be able to share that with you!

Sourdough bread is a naturally leavened bread made with flour, water, and salt. That’s it- three simple ingredients. When you look at the ingredient list in store bought bread, it’s not a surprise that such a high percentage of people today have problems with digesting it. Sourdough bread is made with a “starter” which is simply flour and water that has been fermented. This creates an easier to digest bread that allows more people to enjoy it.

I will be offering various different flavors and I will continue to add to the menu.

I will drop off any extras at Morris Farm at 12:30.

All orders must be placed the Wednesday before pickup.
