• The Purple Sprinkle LLC is a Licensed Home Based bakery.

• If you have any allergies, including animals, please inform your chef at booking.

• If you send us a picture, there is no guarantee you will receive the exact design. While we will use the picture as inspiration, we will not copy another artists work and prefer to have creative freedom.

Payments and Policy :

• A 50% Non Refundable Retainer is required to book.

• The Remaining Balance is due 1 - 2 weeks prior to the event.

• If the order total is $100 or less, the full payment must be paid to book.

• Invoices must be paid within 24 hours or it will be canceled.

• Contract must be reviewed and signed prior to paying.

• Delivery starts at $2/mile

• If you are late to pickup, you may be charged a late fee of $10/every half an hour.

Cake TLC :

• Always carry the box with bottom support.

• We highly recommend traveling with the cake on the floor of your car, not the seat or your lap.

• Transport your desserts in a cool car. It is highly suggested to blast the AC while traveling with your sweets, especially a custom cake.

• Cake should remain refrigerated until 1 hour prior to the serving.

• Cake is best served at room temperature.

• Multi Tier or Double Barrel cakes will have straws or dowels and an extra cake board for support.

• Your cake may have other inedible parts in your cake and your baker will let you know.

• The Purple Sprinkle LLC is not responsible for cakes or treats after pickup/delivery is completed.

Rush Orders :

• Rush Orders are those being ordered less than 1 week away from the event.

• The Rush fee is an additional 25%-35% and is non refundable.

• A Super Rush Order is less than 3 days away from the event.

• The Super Rush fee is an additional 50% and is non refundable.

• Both Rush or Super Rush Orders must be paid within 8hours of receiving the invoice or your order will be canceled.

• Not all rush orders will be accepted.
