Hi! I’m a Tucson local sourdough baker with a passion for ingredients and getting back to the basics. I live by the saying “you are what you eat” and believe it’s so important to eat foods that can heal us! Sourdough is one of them. I started my journey just over a year ago. It has become a passion, not only to bake, but really look what I’m eating and educate others as well. I think our ancestors were onto something with nourishment. No preservatives, no dyes, no artificial garbage we have today that often leads us feeling tired, gassy, and never satiated. Just simple ingredients flour, water, and salt.
