Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth ordering process. 📆 ORDERING DEADLINES • Custom Cakes: Minimum 7 days notice required. 💳 PAYMENT • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. • Remaining balance due before or by scheduled pickup time. 📍 PICKUP / DELIVERY • Pickup times will be scheduled in advance. • Delivery available for an added fee based on distance. 🚫 CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS • Orders canceled within 3 days of ordering, refund or rescheduling can be negotiated. 📸 DESIGN APPROVAL • Inspiration photos are welcomed but final designs may vary slightly. • Once a design is approved, no major changes can be made within 72 hours of pickup. 📦 STORAGE & ALLERGIES • Cakes should be stored in a cool area and refrigerated if not consumed the same day. • We are not a nut-free or allergen-free bakery.
