Hi! Welcome to Table Top Breads. My name is Eve Cowen and I've been baking for over 40 years.
At Table Top Breads, we bake with heart, heritage, and a deep love for real food. From naturally leavened sourdough loaves and chewy bagels to golden rolls and comforting cookies, everything we make is crafted in small batches with care right from our home kitchen.
Whether you're craving the rich flavor of fermented sourdough, a soft slice of yeasted sandwich bread, or a fresh-baked cookie (or three), you’ll find something delicious at Table Top Breads. We also offer custom cookie platters and breakfast/brunch catering—perfect for gatherings, meetings, or just treating your loved ones to something special.
I offer a small selection of gluten-free yeasted breads and quick-rise treats. I take extra care to avoid cross-contamination, but the foods are baked in the same home as gluten items. I am currently unable to provide GF sourdough, although I can do very low gluten sourdough.
Locally made. Freshly baked. Always from scratch with freshly ground whole wheat and never any artificial colors.

$10-$17 Artisan Sourdough Loaves, plain and with mix-ins
$20+/dozen sourdough cookies: standard and premium flavors. Boxes that mix standard and premium prices will reflect the dozens of each flavor.
$21+ per batch-Catering for breakfast and brunch: breakfast cookies, scones, bagel bites, muffins, sweet rolls, bialys.
For cookie boxes, there are standard flavors for $20.00/dozen and premium flavors for $23.00/dozen. For Breakfast/Catering, pricing based on the number of batches and items ordered. Final payment due 24 hours before baking.
Gluten-free offerings: When I make GF, I make it first in the day and don't leave the island in the kitchen. I sanitize the counter and use glass and stainless steel utensils so they are non-porous. I keep the GF items in a sealed bag away from my wheat flour. I do all my mixing by hand, as I do not have dedicated GF mixers. I mix and bake my wheat items only after the GF items are cooked, cooled and packaged. My first husband had celiac disease, so I learned a thing or two making baked items for him. Unfortunately, I don't believe I can call my products truly GF because my home is not completely GF.
