Boxes for perishable items (some dry goods may qualify). * All orders are freshly made. * Please allow 2-3 business days for processing after you shipping invoice is paid before your order is shipped, your order will then be shipped out the following week. ( We ship every Monday & Friday’s) * Pre-orders may require additional preparation time; customers will be notified if so. * We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location. * Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped. * Delivery times vary by carrier and location, typically 2–5 business days. 💸 Shipping Costs * Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, packaging, and destination. * Special promotions or flat-rate shipping may be offered during select times.

❌ Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages * Once an order is shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. * If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number. * If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can assist you.

All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food items. Refunds Refunds are only issued under certain conditions and at the discretion of: You may qualify for a refund if: * You received the wrong item * Your order was missing items * There was an error made on our behalf Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with photos and proof. Non-Refundable Situations We do not issue refunds for: * Food items that were not picked up on time * Packages delayed by the shipping carrier * Spoiled food due to late pickup or late delivery * Incorrect address provided by the customer * Change of mind after the order has been prepared * Pre-orders once ingredients have been purchased *Proof Required For any order issue, please send: * Photos of the item * Your order name * Date the order was received * Explanation of the issue This helps us review and resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Cancellations * Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. * After food preparation begins, cancellations are no longer accepted. * Deposits for pre-orders are non-refundable once ingredients have been purchased.
