Delivery is available at an extra charge of $10. This charge will be added to your total at the time you are invoiced and you have chosen the option for delivery. Pickups must be picked up at designated pick up time. You have to the option to choose your window of time, please be sure to on time. There is a 15 min grace period after designated time. After that time, you will only be able to pick up your order when I am available.

Please note that your order is not confirmed until you receive a message stating so. Furthermore, this also includes a deposit being paid. You order is not booked until 50% deposit is paid. Payment methods are Zelle, PayPal, Cashapp, and Venmo until further notice. *cash is accepted when paying remaining balance* Full refunds are only issued if order is canceled by SweetDulceBakes. Deposits are only 50% refundable if customer cancels order 7 days or less before order due date. Full refund of order deposit if order canceled 8 days or more before order due date. Some orders may be subject to a rush fee of $15 if order is placed 4 days before order due date. SweetDulceBakes is not responsible for any damage or mishandling of product once in the hands of customer. (I will ensure on my end that you are satisfied when receiving item/items)
