Please note that we are NOT a nut-free or gluten-free facility. Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, wheat, dairy, soy, and other allergens. When placing your order, you’ll be asked to list any allergies or dietary concerns for anyone who may enjoy our treats. We take this information seriously and will take all reasonable precautions to minimize risk during preparation. However, because cross-contact may occur, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of allergens. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept this risk and agree that our bakery will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions.

DELIVERY & PICKUP POLICY Delivery We offer convenient delivery for an additional fee: • $15 flat rate for locations within 20 miles • Plus $0.20 per mile for every mile beyond 20 miles Delivery fees will be added to your invoice once you select the delivery option during ordering. We’ll coordinate the delivery time in advance to ensure your treats arrive fresh and on schedule! ⸻ Pickup Prefer to pick up your order? No problem! You’ll be able to choose your pickup time window when placing your order. Please plan to arrive on time to keep our schedule running smoothly. A 15-minute grace period is provided after your designated time. If pickup does not occur within that window, your order will be available only when our schedule allows later in the day. Thank you for understanding — this helps us ensure every customer receives prompt, reliable service.

ORDER & PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS Please note that your order is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation message and your 50% deposit has been paid. Orders are not officially booked without this deposit. Payment Methods We currently accept Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, and Venmo for all orders. Cash is accepted only for the remaining balance at pickup. Refunds & Cancellations • Full refunds will be issued only if SweetDulceBakes cancels the order. • If a customer cancels 7 days or less before the order due date, 50% of the deposit is refundable. • If a customer cancels 8 days or more before the order due date, the full deposit will be refunded. Rush Orders Orders placed less than 7 days before the due date may be subject to an average rush fee of $30, depending on the complexity and workload at that time. Product Handling Once your order has been picked up or delivered, SweetDulceBakes is not responsible for any damage, mishandling, or improper storage. We take great care to ensure that every product is fresh, beautiful, and ready for enjoyment at the time it leaves our care.
