I am a licensed cottage food baker located in White Plains, Alabama. I sell my baked goods from my home. When you place an order, you will receive an invoice request with the pickup address listed.

On occasion, I have time for a custom order, so please contact me with your request to check for availability. You can contact me by selecting the “Contact” option in the drop down menu located in the upper right hand of the website.

A macaron is a sandwich cookie made of two delicate cookie shells with a delicious filling between the shells. The shells are made by carefully mixing a stiff meringue with an almond flour/sugar blend, then precisely piping the batter onto a baking sheet to bake. The texture of the shells is very unique, with a crisp crust and chewy, almost marshmallowy center. The filling is where most of the flavor comes from. Fillings are often flavored buttercreams, but can also be even more decadent, like with ganache or caramel. I love experimenting with macaron flavors and plan to keep a steady rotation of fan favorites along with new flavors to try in my weekly menu. Macarons are best stored in an air tight container in the refrigerator, then brought out to room temperature for 5 or 10 minutes before eating.

This feature is available for all items except cookies, due to a minimum dollar amount requirement. Any item with a shopping cart icon is available for “Instant Checkout”. When you have selected all items you’d like to purchase (as long as they all qualify for “Instant Checkout”), you will be able to place your order instantly without awaiting an invoice approval from me. “Instant Checkout” only accepts debit or credit card as payment. Venmo and PayPal are not approved payments for Instant Checkout.

In order to pay with Venmo or PayPal, your must submit an order request. I will confirm the order ASAP, and will send you an Invoice Request to the contact information you provided. Your order will not be confirmed until the payment has been received and processed. You will be notified via the contact information you provided when your order is confirmed.

If you place an order and prefer to pay via Venmo or PayPal, contact me with your order number* and request an alternative payment option. (*Your order number is listed beneath the credit card payment option box.) You can contact me via email (sweetbhomebakery@gmail.com) or text (256-405-9705) with your request, and I will reply ASAP with your Invoice. You may then pay with your preferred method. You will then receive confirmation of your order once your payment has been received and processed, which may take up to 15 minutes.

All sales are final. All items are baked to order, and as they are consumable, perishable food items, cannot be returned. Full payment is due at the time of placing an order. Pickup time is scheduled when the order is placed, and your baked goods will be at their optimum level of freshness and quality during the time frame you select at checkout.
