If cookies need to be shipped allow up to 5 days for delivery. All orders are shipped priority mail or UPS.

Payment due 24 hours after receiving invoice.

Cookies contain tree nuts, eggs and flour. Please keep in mind Specialty Cookies by Sarah LLC is a home based bakery and our home kitchen does process common food allergens such as peanut and gluten daily.

Custom Cookie Policies & more

Let’s go over a few things to make your cookie order truly a Specialty Cookie order *Ordering and Payments* Cookies orders are not final until the invoice is paid. Any changes made to the order after payment will incur a fee. Payment is due in full 24 hours after receiving an invoice. Custom cookies are made special just for you because of this we do not accept returns. If an error was made please email and we will work with you to fix the issue. *Pickups* All cookies must be picked up on the arranged date. If by any reason you missed the pickup date another date will be arranged. If you miss this date a fee will incur. *Shipping* When ordering your cookies please give the date of event. I use USPS priority mail or UPS which offers 1-3 day delivery. I am not responsible for the package of cookies once it is shipped. Any delays on shipping or damaged cookies will be on the post office and out of my control. Please contact me if this occurs. *Designs* Creative freedom is granted to design the cookie sets according to theme and colors provided. Inspiration photos and/or invitations for event are highly encouraged.
