Hi, I’m Scout! Owner and baker behind Scout’s Sourdough.

I started baking sourdough in 2023 after stepping away from my career as a veterinary technician. What started as something simple to focus on turned into something I loved, and eventually, a business.

With a lot of support early on, it grew from baking for friends and family into what it is now… a storefront and my full-time work.

Outside of the bakery, I’m a mom to a 4-year-old, and I’m working toward my business degree at Kennesaw State.

Most days are a balance of baking, motherhood, and building something meaningful from the ground up.
