Hi! I’m Scout, the owner and baker behind Scout’s Sourdough.

I started baking sourdough in July 2023, after deciding to take a step back from my career as a veterinary technician. What began as a way to calm my mind and focus my energy quickly turned into a true passion — and the rest is history! My friends and family were my first (and most eager) taste testers, and their encouragement pushed me to turn this new love into a small business.

I’m also a mom to a wild and wonderful 4-year-old boy, and a student at Kennesaw State University, pursuing my Bachelor’s in Business. Life is a beautiful kind of busy — chasing my baby while chasing my dreams.
