📍 Pickup Location

All orders must be picked up at the designated location provided after booking. The full pickup address will be shared on the day before pickup.

⏰ Pickup Times

• Monday–Friday: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

• Saturday: 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM

Please arrive within your scheduled pickup window.

📅 Advance Notice Requirement

All cake orders must be placed a minimum of two (2) weeks in advance.

• Orders for weekday pickups must be placed at least two weeks prior to the requested pickup date.

• Orders for Saturday pickups must also be placed at least two weeks prior.

Orders placed less than 7 days out

➡️ $25 rush fee(total price is due upfront)

Orders placed less than 72 hours

➡️ $40–$50 rush fee(total price is due upfront)

Orders placed less than 48 hours

➡️ $60+ rush fee (or I may decline entirely)‼️

🕒 Late Pickups

• A $5 holding fee per hour will be applied to orders not picked up during the scheduled time.

• Orders not picked up on the same day will be considered abandoned.

• No refunds will be issued for abandoned orders.

🚗 Pickup Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for transporting their cake safely.

• A flat, secure surface in your vehicle (such as the trunk or floorboard) is strongly recommended.

• Pretty Creations & More LLC is not responsible for any damage once the order has been picked up.
