Please ensure to make your deposit within 24 hours of receiving your invoice, and settle the final payment a week prior to pickup. If you’re paying in cash the deposit will still need to be paid in 24 hours however, you can pay the remainder balance day of pick up in cash! If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Lead time is typically 2 days for an order however, for a small order or a small order needed day before please contact me to see if that is possible. As for custom orders I will not be able to get them done for you in a short amount of time. I will need the 2 day lead time to ensure you get the best results! Thank you!

In the event that you need to cancel an order, please contact me at least 72 hours prior to the due date and we will gladly provide a full or partial refund. Cancellations made after this time frame will not be eligible for a refund as production on your order will have already begun. I understand unforeseen circumstances may arise which could impact your ability to fulfill an order; however, all requests for cancellation should be communicated ASAP in order ensure proper processing.

Please be on time to pick up orders. You may pick up order early if you communicate with me. Order may or may not be ready so please let me know ahead of time, thank you! If you are going to be more than 30 minutes late with no communication before your pickup time, a late fee of $15 will be charged. Please respect my time and the time of others who are coming to pick up their orders as well. As always communicate with me to avoid this fee. I do understand life happens.
