Please ensure to submit your deposit within 24 hours of receiving your invoice, with the remaining balance due 5 days prior to pickup. Please note that your order is not secured until the deposit is received. As availability is limited and our books fill quickly, orders without a timely deposit may be cancelled. If you’re paying in cash, the deposit is still required within 24 hours to secure your spot; however, the remaining balance may be paid in cash on the day of pickup. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Lead time is typically 2 days for an order however, for a small order or a small order needed day before please contact me to see if that is possible. As for custom orders I will not be able to get them done for you in a short amount of time. I will need the 2 day lead time to ensure you get the best results! Thank you!

In the event that you need to cancel an order, please contact me at least 24 after placing an order for a refund of your deposit. Cancellations made after this time frame will not be eligible for a refund as production on your order will have already begun. I understand unforeseen circumstances may arise which could impact your ability to fulfill an order; however, all requests for cancellation should be communicated ASAP in order ensure proper processing.

Please be on time to pick up orders. You may pick up order early if you communicate with me. Order may or may not be ready so please let me know ahead of time, thank you! If you are going to be more than 30 minutes late with no communication before your pickup time, a late fee of $15 will be charged. Please respect my time and the time of others who are coming to pick up their orders as well. As always communicate with me to avoid this fee. I do understand life happens. Please be open and honest, thank you!

At Plant Head Bakery, every cake is handmade with love and care — no two designs are ever exactly the same! 💛 If you’d like a photo of your custom cake before pickup, I’m happy to provide one. Please note that once your cake is completed, design changes or adjustments cannot be made. Inspiration photos are always used as a guide for color, theme, and style, but each creation will have its own unique touch!
