Welcome to Pink Cookie Girl, where every treat is a celebration of flavor!

Based in Albany, NY, we serve the greater capital region and the Hudson Valley. Our talented team (of 2- Erin and Alex) creates beautiful and delicious custom cookies to celebrate every occasion.

Custom Sugar Cookies are vanilla bean sugar cookies.

Standard custom cookies are $55 per dozen and order minimum is 1 dozen cookies.

50% deposit required for any custom order upon booking.

Final payment due one week before order pickup.

When booking your cookies, please choose 2 days out from when you need them! Weekday pickups are preferred . If your date is not available, please email me at pinkcookiegirlalbany@gmail.com to see if we can fit you in!

Please note for custom cookies a minimum of two weeks lead time is needed. Book as soon as you can :)

We do not recreate any trademarked characters. We are happy to work with any themes to make a cohesive cookie set!
