Business Terms and Conditions: When placing an order with Not Ya Gramma's Kitchen (hereinafter “Me,” “My,” “I,” "We,” "Us,” "Our,” “Not Ya Gramma's Kitchen”), you (hereinafter “You,” “Your,” “Customer,” “Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions: Accepting our terms and conditions and payment establishes a legally binding agreement between you and Not Ya Gramma's Kitchen. OUR GUARANTEE: Not Ya Gramma's Kitchen will provide a professionally decorated dessert as specified in the invoice or contract. We appreciate your business and are honored that you have chosen our bakery for your special celebration. We guarantee that the flavors, size, and general design elements will be met as your invoice outlines. However, if you are unsatisfied with our product(s), please let us know when you receive your order. INQUIRIES: We will send you a price quote within seventy-two hours of your request or consultation. However, your event date is secured, and your order is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. Order confirmation and payment policy: To confirm your order with Not Ya Gramma's Kitchen, a deposit of 50% of the total order price is required and due within 24 hours of placing your order. This deposit signifies your acceptance of all order details outlined in the invoice or agreement. Celebration orders (Birthdays, Weddings, Orders of 3+ Dozen): For celebration orders, your order is only considered confirmed once the required deposit is received. Orders under $100: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your order. Orders over $100: A booking fee (deposit) of 50% of the total order price is required at the time of booking. Advance celebration orders (placed 3 or more weeks in advance) To secure your delivery date for celebration orders placed three or more weeks in advance, the 50% deposit must be received within three days of the invoice date. If the deposit is not received within this timeframe, your date is not guaranteed and may be released to other customers. For a smooth pickup process, the final payment for all orders placed three or more weeks in advance is due one week before your scheduled pickup date. Failure to make the final payment by this deadline will result in the forfeiture of half of the total order price. Short notice celebration orders (placed within 14 days of event): Short notice celebration orders placed within fourteen days of the event date are an exception and require full payment at the time of ordering. Payment methods: Cash on delivery payments are not accepted. If Not Ya Gramma's Kitchen needs to cancel your order, we will REFUND any deposits PAID. Payment in full is still subject to the cancellation and refund policy. ALLERGIES: Please be aware that while your order may not be made with nuts or a nut product, it will have been prepared in a kitchen where nut products may be used in other cakes and fillings. We cannot guarantee that your product(s) will be free from all nut traces. All products may contain, or come into contact with, soy, wheat, dairy, nuts, natural dyes, artificial dyes, artificial flavorings, sugar, artificial sweeteners, artificial color, and other allergens not listed. It is your responsibility to inform your guests of this allergy information. Not Ya Gramma's Kitchen will not be held liable for any allergic reaction resulting from the consumption of any products.
