Terms & Conditions for Mrs. Es Cakeees and Sweeets

Ordering

* A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all orders. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

* Final payment is due at least 3 days before pickup unless otherwise discussed.

* Last-minute orders may be subject to a rush fee depending on availability.

* Please provide all inspiration photos, themes, colors, and wording when placing your order.

* Custom designs may vary slightly from inspiration photos due to artistic style and handmade details.

Payments

* Accepted payments: Cash, Cash App, Apple Pay, and other approved payment methods.

* Deposits go toward your total balance.

* Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in order cancellation.

Cancellations & Refunds

* Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

* No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of pickup.

* Once an order has been picked up and accepted, refunds will not be provided.

Pickup

* Customers must arrive at the agreed pickup time.

* Please transport cakes on a flat surface in an air-conditioned vehicle.

* Once the order leaves pickup, Mrs. Es Cakeees and Sweeets is not responsible for damages caused during transport, weather, or improper handling.

* If pickup is delayed more than 30 minutes without communication, the order may be subject to rescheduling based on availability.

Design & Serving

* Colors may vary slightly due to lighting, edible coloring, and screen displays.

* Some decorations may be non-edible. Please remove toppers, supports, or decorations before serving.

* Serving sizes are estimates and may vary depending on how slices are cut.

Allergies

* Products may contain or come into contact with milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other allergens.

* Customers are responsible for informing guests of possible allergens.

Communication

* Respectful communication is expected from both parties.

* Harassment, excessive chargebacks, or fraudulent claims will result in refusal of future orders.
