Bakery Terms & Policies Ordering & Payment Payment is required in full at the time you place your order. Orders are officially confirmed once payment is received. Final Sale Because our items are made fresh just for you, all sales are final. We’re unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order is placed. Pick-Up & Delivery Pick-up details will be shared at checkout or in your confirmation message. Please arrive during your scheduled window. Orders not picked up on time may be forfeited without a refund. If delivery is arranged, someone must be available to receive the order. Changes to Orders To keep things running smoothly, we’re unable to make changes after an order has been submitted.
