My macaron cakes are a fun alternative to the usual birthday cake! Each cake is made with 3 oversized macaron shells and then filled with flavored whipped ganache. The cake is customized with your color choice and flavor!
Serves 6-8, aprx 6 inches wide
An extra layer can be added for $5. That would make a total of 4 oversized macaron shells.
Classic flavors to choose from are vanilla, chocolate, birthday cake, cookies-n-cream, strawberry, lemon, snickerdoodle, orange creamsicle, peach, cotton candy and coconut.
