I really appreciate you trusting me with the treats for your event. To make sure there are no surprises, please read the below terms and conditions before placing your order. 1. Booking and payment A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your place in my schedule. The remaining balance is due 3 days before delivery/shipping/pickup. If payment is not received by that date order may be cancelled without refund. All payments can be made via Cashapp, Zelle, Venmo or credit card. (A 2% credit card fee will be added for credit card purchases) 2. Late orders and refunds All deposits are nonrefundable under any circumstances Orders placed with less than 7 days notice before scheduled date are considered RUSH orders and will incur a 25% rush fee. This fee covers expedited planning, purchases and late nights 3. Order Changes Any changes to your order (quantity, design, date, etc) must be requested no less than 7 calendar days prior to delivery. Design changes are not guaranteed and are subject to availability of time and supplies 4. Pickup/Delivery policy Pick up orders may be picked up at my home or an agreed upon public place. Pictures will be taken of the order and travel/care instructions will be given in writing. Kim’s Custom Kookies is not responsible for damages after order leaves my care. Delivery orders will incur a $20 delivery fee up to 25 miles Shipped orders will be shipped in time for your event and applicable shipping costs will be added to your final payment to be paid before order is shipped. Tracking info and product pictures will be provided after shipping. All treats will be individually wrapped for freshness and packaged so as to limit breakage. Although we realize that breakage is possible, Kim’s Custom Kookies is not responsible for breakage during shipping. 5. Design and creative control Inspiration photos and colors are always welcome and I will do my best to color match your theme. But colors vary from real life to computer screen to my printer. I reserve the right to artistic interpretation based on theme, available supplies and techniques 6. Allergens and kitchen This is a cottage bakery, I do my best to follow the Cottage Bakery Rules set out by the State of Florida. Products are prepared in my home kitchen and may come in contact with common allergens such as eggs or dairy. While I follow proper sanitation practices, my kitchen is not certified allergens free. 7. Marketing and Photos Kim’s Custom Kookies reserves the right to photograph your order and share images for promotional purposes. No personal customer information will ever be shared 8.
