50% deposit is required at the time of booking for all orders over $130.00. The balance is due within 1 week of the scheduled due date. For any order $130 and under, payment in full is required at booking. No Exceptions! 100% payment is due for all Presale orders at the time of booking. ‼️Custom Cookie Orders Require at least a two week in advance notice and ability to fulfill your order is contingent on availability. *Due to the nature of our business and the necessary time, procedure and individual steps it takes to complete, we do not accept rushed orders for custom decorated cookies. *Minimum 2 dozen per Custom Cookie Order *Orders will be available on the agreed upon date and, while hours may vary, times for pick up will typically be from 10am-2pm EST. *Pickup must be as scheduled, otherwise the quality of your product (if picked up days later) cannot be guaranteed. *Please plan in advance and schedule accordingly. Any order not picked up within 30 minutes of the scheduled time will still be available for pickup, but at the earliest convenience of the business.
