Thank you for your interest in JL Sinful Delights! We are delighted to share with you our policies and guidelines regarding orders, payments, delivery, and more.

🍪 Our cookies and cupcakes are made by the dozen unless you would like a variety pack. Please feel free to message us to inquire about any specialty flavors you may have in mind (price varies).

🍪 Order Policy 🍪 Due to our time and availability, we can only accept orders placed a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. This helps us ensure that each order is given the necessary attention and care.

💥 Deposits and Payment 💥 We require a 100% deposit paid within 48 hours of order acceptance to secure your order, with absolutely no exceptions.

🍪 Delivery Policy 🍪 We offer delivery within a 25-mile radius of zip code 33844 at a rate of $0.80 per mile. For deliveries between 25-50 miles, please inquire about the additional delivery fee.

🍪 Pick-Up Policy 🍪 Communication is key to running a small business. If you pick a time for pickup and find yourself running late, please notify us prior to that time. It's important to remember that many of our products contain dairy and must be refrigerated to ensure freshness. If you do not pick up your order within your allotted time and haven't communicated with us, your items will be donated with no refunds provided.

🍪 Shipping Policy 🍪 We are currently shipping only brownies and cookies. Shipping rates are based on USPS priority rates, weight, and size of your order.

🍪 Special Requests 🍪 If you have any special requests for your order, don't hesitate to reach out and communicate with us so that expectations can be met on both ends.

🍪 Replacement & Refund Policy 🍪 If there is a serious issue with an item, and it is our fault, we can discuss arrangements for a replacement item or a discount on your next order. Refunds are only made on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for your understanding.

💥 Cancellation Policy 💥 We accept cancellations up to 7 days before the delivery or pickup date. Charges for cancellations will be as follows:

• 15 days or more prior to pick-up or delivery date: 25% of the entire order will be charged.

• 7 days or more prior to pick-up or delivery date: 50% of the entire order will be charged. If there is any balance pending, this will be due immediately.

• Less than 7 days prior to pick-up or delivery date: no refunds will be given, and the total amount of the order will be due.

🍪 Large Orders/Events 🍪 If you have a large order or an event you'd like us to cater to, please reach out to us before requesting an order: via Instagram @jlsinfuldelights, or via email at jlsinfuldelights@gmail.com. Once we have discussed your order, we will have you place your order on our site to secure your order and arrange payment. We require a minimum of 4 weeks in advance for large orders/catering, though this may be adjustable depending on the size of your order and the baked goods you desire. This allows us to block off the necessary time, discuss specifics with you, and ensure we can fulfill your request.
