-The ticket holder assumes all risks associated with the event, including personal injury and property damage

-The ticket holder agrees to comply with all laws and facility rules

-The ticket holder consents to reasonable searches and examinations

Refunds

-Tickets are non-refundable, except as permitted by the venue

-Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed

-Service fees are not refundable

-Noise makers

-Narcotic drugs

-Cans and bottles

-Umbrellas

-Coolers

-Fireworks

-Outside food and beverages

Other ticket sales disclaimers

-Tickets are only valid for the event for which they were issued

-Management can revoke tickets for disorderly behavior or violating rules

-Reselling tickets at a higher price or from unauthorized sources can result in cancellation and seizure

-Tickets are not transferable
