GDB makes gluten-free, dairy-free cookies and Bundt cakes. All kinds of cookies. We love cookies. Bundt Cakes are awesome because they feed a lot of people, and they are just plain delicious. Our regular menu items are available four days a week with 48 hours notice. For a custom quote, please contact the Bakery. Please note that GDB does not provide custom decorated layer cakes or themed showpiece bakes. Thank you!

Bundt Cakes are safe to store at room temperature. Keep it in the box, put it in a secure spot in your car, drive safely and that cake will be just fine. Bundt Cakes keep for 2-3 days. They also freeze well if needed. Seal it up in freezer ware and you're all set to save part of your order for up to 3 months. If your cake has special instructions, I'll provide those instructions with your order.

Gluten-free Dairy-free Bakery maintains a local presence at farmer's markets and other events in the general Peoria area. To partner with the bakery by a pop-up or other direct to customer sales events, please contact us.

After your order is confirmed, GDB sends out pickup instructions that should give you some clear directions and set you up for success. That said, East Peoria is a city built into two hills, divided by railroads and an interstate, and bound on one side by a lake that's actually a river. GDB signature products and menu items are not suitable for people with serious nut or soy allergies. GDB can accommodate egg-free or nut-free baking by custom quote only, which allows the kitchen to take the appropriate measures to source properly, prevent cross-contact, and provide a safer product.

GDB is an independent cottage bakery registered in Tazewell County in lovely central Illinois. GDB products are for sale direct-to-customer. We cannot provide wholesale. GDB products are made in a home kitchen and come with this information on the label: This product was produced in a home kitchen not inspected by a health department that may also process common food allergens. If you have safety concerns, contact your local Health Department.

First off, I'm really sorry you have a problem. We strive to get your order just right. Please let me know immediately and of course save the unused product for return. We will work together to resolve this unique situation. Refunds will be provided when the Bakery can't fulfill the order or fills the order improperly. We'll make it right if we make a mistake. Refunds and deposit refunds are not available for poorly-communicated requests, mismatched expectations, canceled events, or related disputes.
