Cakes are typically priced by number of SERVINGS they feed + the LABOR for the design. The more detail or time required in labor cost, the more it’ll cost.
How long can cake or desserts be outside?
It is not recommended to have cake outside. SUN, Birds, & Bugs love to mess with sweets. The best way to show you how long desserts will last in the sun is to have you put a stick of butter outside on a sunny day. How long does it hold its shape? That’s about your time-allowance.
It’s MUCH SAFER to display cake and desserts in an air conditioned space.
If you must have an outdoor display, please provide SOLID SHADE for the cake so that it does not melt in direct sun/heat.
Can a cake order be changed after it has already been placed?
Generally speaking cake orders are considered final once paid for and entered into our system but we do allow changes with at least an 5 day notice. Please note the cost of your cake may increase if you change the design, flavors, etc.
Do you deliver & set up our cake/dessert and is there an additional charge for this service?
Delivery services is only for Dessert table orders ONLY.
Delivery prices are based on location, time required.
We’re on a budget, can you help?
We can do our best to work within financial constraints, but PLEASE bring us ideas with a reasonable budget. Pricing is based more on labor hours involved than on cake ingredients.
What is fondant?
Fondant is a sugar-based covering for cakes that is a substitute for traditional icing. We make our own fondant, which has a soft, candy-like texture/taste.
Fondant is useful for certain designs that cannot be neatly drawn. It is also recommended for outdoor events where butter cream would melt.
Can you match my color(s)?
We do not guarantee exact color matches, but we work hard to create a color that closely resembles the colors you provide. Please understand that colors often look somewhat different when printed or sent from an e-mailed photograph.
What if I need to cancel my order?
I do not require for orders to be paid in full, only a deposit of 50% is require at time of order which is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Remaining balance is due the day before pick-up. NO-REFUNDS
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, deposits of 50% are required for every order.
You have 48 hours to submit your payment via cash app, Apple Pay, or Zelle.
An extension can be arranged depending on how far in advance your order is. If needed, please make a note on your order for an extension & I will send you a new deadline.
Otherwise, any orders that have no deposit will be considered canceled & you will receive a notice of the cancellation
Do I need to place my order weeks in advance?
Yes , we recommend ordering at least a week in advance for simpler designs and at least two weeks in advance for more complex designs.

Do you accept rushed order?
Please note that orders placed with less than a two week's notice may be subject to up to 50% rush fee, depending on the availability of the weekend, the complexity of the design, or any rush shipping needed to order supplies.
If I provide a picture of what I like, can you re-create it?
I prefer to create unique cakes, so I don’t copy other artists’ work. However, I can use your image as inspiration to add my artistic flair.
Do you make cakes with personal pictures intregrated into the design? (i.e., Edible images or picture cakes)
We do make a cakes that can include your personal picture as part of the design.
When ordering please make a note of that and I will contact you for the images.
