This is the 3rd time I’ve used Caroline’s Confections for a cookie order. Her ordering is very easy. Just gather inspiration pictures, go to her website, choose a date and upload your pictures. It’s that simple. She will text and/or send pictures with any design questions. She requires a 50% deposit and if it’s too close to the date needed you’ll have to pay in full understandably. Not only does she design them perfectly, they taste amazing too. Guests have come up to me stating how delicious they are. Hands down I will always recommend her to anyone who asks. I’ve recommended her many times on social media. I’m so happy that I now have someone to turn to for party cookies.

CarolAnne provided a beautifully articulated balloon arch for my daughter and son in laws baby shower. She is professional, courteous, timely and a true blessing to work with! 5 stars is very well deserved! I highly recommend her! Thank you CarolAnne!

I am SO happy with the cookies, and how they turned out. The UM cookies were a sensation. They were delicious and beautiful! I got so many compliments. All the teenagers loved the cookies so much, the cookies were gone before I even got a chance to take a picture of them.

I cannot recommend CarolAnne enough. I reached out very last minute after another cookie decorator canceled on me, and she kindly said yes with only two days’ notice. Not only did she save the day, but she made the most incredible cookies. The design and execution were absolutely perfect- like way better than I could have ever dreamed! Even more than the beautiful cookies, her customer service and communication were amazing throughout the entire process. She was responsive, kind, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make everything special. I am so thankful I found her, and honestly so happy things worked out the way they did. We had a great time with CarolAnne decorating cookies! She’s so organized, detailed and she provided everything we could need. It was such a fun gift to give my friends and we will be doing it again!

Carolanne provided everything we needed to effortlessly learn and have fun decorating cookies. It was a perfect, relaxing, afternoon with friends while learning a fun new skill. Many of my guests said they want to do another one soon and one teenager said she wanted to do one for a birthday party. CarolAnne was prompt, well prepared, organized, and a great instructor. We also had leftover icing and many of my guests went home and made many more cookies with the new skills. Caroleanne baked all the cookies and brought two kinds of each color icing, one for outlines and one for flooding. She also has options to buy cookie kits if you don’t want the class. I highly recommend doing this it’s so fun and she did all the hard stuff so it really was just relaxing and we got beautiful cookies even tho we are beginners.

I have worked with the owner several time for large and smaller events and it’s been an absolute pleasure. She is so professional and the work She does is incredible. They have always been custom made and designed to match a theme or logo for an event. Each time I have been blown away by the level Of detail and depth she does to match the design almost perfectly. I love working with her and wouldn’t use anyone else.

The cookies for my son’s monster truck/ race themed birthday came out amazing! They are meticulously done- almost too pretty to eat! They are truly works of art between CarolAnnes talent, professionalism and creativity, these cookies were the hit of the party! Will definitely be using her for more events in the future.

The cookies were perfectly made and the taste was amazingly delicious! Sometimes specialty cookies don’t taste good, but not in this case. Every single cookie was eaten. 40!! I wish I could attach pictures to this review so that everyone could see how insanely gorgeous these freaking cookies were. Literally a work of art. I didn’t want to eat them. But when I took a bite I couldn’t stop eating because they tasted as good as they look. I gave CarolAnne a general idea of what I wanted for my daughter’s first birthday party theme and she went above and beyond. You can tell everything is made by hand and the attention to detail is incredible. She even came early to drop everything off to make sure I could have them out before guests arrived. I ordered Winnie the Pooh–themed cookies for a birthday party, and they turned out absolutely beautiful! The designs were detailed and so sweet, and they tasted just as good as they looked. CarolAnne even asked me if she could add a little design she thought of and they turned out better than I imagined.Everyone loved them. I follow CarolAnne on TikTok and have seen her work. It’s absolutely amazing. I messaged her last minute because my son asked for cookies last minute. I had already ordered the cupcakes. She was so sweet about it and did exactly what we had talked about. They arrived and looked fantastic. The boys at the sleepover ate all of them - I ate one and they tasted great too. I would definitely order again. And hopefully this time it wouldn’t be so rushed.

I ordered two dozen cookies from Carolann a few weeks ago. I had one a free dozen with an online game that she was hosting on Facebook. My husband is in the hospital and I wanted to get cookies for the nursing staff to thank them for everything that they’ve done for my husband and I. The cookies came out beautiful creative and they tasted delicious. All the staff love them and wanted more. I will order from Carolann in the future. I’m so excited.
