Welcome to Cakes and Bakes by Amber where every creation is thoughtfully crafted to celebrate life’s most meaningful moments.
I’m Amber, the heart behind the bakery. As an empty nester with a lifelong passion for creativity, I’ve found immense joy in combining my love for art and baking into something truly special. What began as a creative outlet has grown into a purpose driven business centered around bringing beauty, comfort, and celebration to others.
Every cake, cupcake, and dessert is made from scratch using high quality ingredients, with careful attention to both flavor and design. My goal is simple: to create desserts that not only look stunning, but taste just as unforgettable.
Because I have Celiac disease, my kitchen is completely gluten free meaning every item is made in a safe, dedicated environment. This allows those with gluten sensitivities or celiac to enjoy desserts with confidence, while still delivering flavors and textures that everyone loves. Many of my customers aren’t gluten free at all, they simply come back because the quality speaks for itself.
It is truly an honor to be part of your celebrations. Whether it’s a birthday, wedding, milestone, or a simple moment worth making special. I believe desserts should do more than just satisfy a sweet tooth… they should bring people together, create memories, and add a little extra joy to your table.
