Behind the Sweets was created by two sisters who share the same passion – being in the kitchen. As one who graduated from the culinary academy in San Francisco, and the other who just started in her own kitchen, there was no better way to express our passion than to bake it right into our sweets! Our strong family values are instilled in how we conduct our business. From how we bake, to interaction with our customers, we hope your experience with us or our baked goods give you an idea of who we are.

Creativity, Passion, and Dedication are the main elements behind developing our flavors and designing cakes.

All the flavors were personally tested in our own kitchens. Nothing was succeeded the first time around. Going through countless rounds of trial and error while developing our flavors allows Behind the Sweets to provide a good balance of unique flavor options. The cakes are all customary. We hope to design and produce a representation of your vision in cake form.

• Fondant cakes start at $100 (6”-14”)

• Sculpted cakes start at $150

• Standard sized cupcakes: $33/dozen per flavor

• Customized designs start at $45/dozen per flavor

• Mini cupcakes: $24/dozen per flavor

Cookies:

• $21/dozen per flavor (Chocolate chip, Snickerdoodle)

• $24/dozen per flavor (All other gourmet flavors)
