I specialize in small-batch, artesian sourdough handcrafted, right here in Prior Lake.
I focus on the traditional techniques and high-quality ingredients to bring you the best local bread possible.
What I offer:
My sourdough is made using a long fermentation process. This traditional “slow bread” method creates a superior crust, a complex flavor profile, and is much easier on digestion than store-bought bread.
I don’t use commercial yeast or preservatives. Every loaf is naturally leavened with my own active starter and hand-shaped in small batches under the highest quality.
From my Classic artesian sourdough to creative inclusions, like jalapeño and cheddar or my decadent chocolate sourdough, I’m constantly exploring new ways to elevate that sourdough experience!
